What if I don’t renew my subscriptions?
The loggers are retired at the expiry of your annual subscription. You are able to continue viewing the data in your account for 6 months and then after which your account is deactivated.

How many users can use our BrightSentinel account?
There is no limitation on the number of users that can be added to your BrightSentinel account. Your Administrator sends a user an invitation to join the system and once activated, the user is good to go.

Not at all! You purchase new subscriptions as you need them. You can track the start and expiry dates of each subscription in the BrightSentinel Cloud and phone app.
What if I change my mind once I start a subscription?
Contact us. Generally, we do not refund subscriptions once a sensor has been configured for use.
Is there a trial period for the BrightSentinel service?
We do not have a trial period, as you require at least one logger to use the service. We recommend that you purchase 2 subscriptions (i.e.: 2 loggers) to explore the service, without being rushed and with our full support .
