How long does the Relay last?
The Relay should last at least three years of regular use indoors.
What type of power supply is required to power the Relay?
A standard USB A power supply, with a minimum current of 250 mA, is required. We supply a cable to fit the USB C socket on the Relay. Standard USB power supplies are common and readily available these days. You may wish to recycle an existing one.

In which countries are the Relay supported?
The Relay is currently supported in 140 countries. Please refer to the attachment for the full list. If your country is not on the list, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements, as the Relay can accomodate an additional eSIM card.
