• Should all my subscriptions start on the same date?

  Not at all! You purchase new subscriptions as you need them. You can track the start and expiry dates of each subscription in the BrightSentinel web app and phone app.

• Can I have a copy of the historical data if I choose not to renew my subscription?

  Of course. Please contact us with this request within 3 months of the expiry of your subscription and we’ll email you an electronic file.

• What if I change my mind once I start a subscription?

  Generally, we do not refund subscriptions once a sensor has been configured for use.

• What is BrightSentinel's subscription period for the service?
