What does a subscription include?

The annual subscription includes:

A calibrated AnnoLog sensor;
Its unique Calibration Certificate, with measurements at: 0, 25°C, 37.5°C and 50°C, and an uncertainty of measurement of ±0.05ºC;
Access to BrightSentinel Cloud to manage your monitoring parameters, analysis, reporting and data storage;
Access to the mobile app (Android and iOS) to assign the AnnoLogs and monitor temperature status; and
All the support you need via phone, email or online.

What if I don’t renew my subscription?
The AnnoLog sensor is retired at the expiry of your annual subscription. You are able to continue viewing the data in your account for 6 months, after which your account is deactivated.
What happens to the AnnoLog sensor at the end of the subscription period?
The AnnoLog is retired at the end of the subscription period. On renewal of your annual subscription, we send you a new batch of AnnoLogs with their calibration certificate. Please dispose of it as you would a battery or return it to BrightSentinel ...
Can I have a copy of the historical data if I choose not to renew my subscription?
Of course. Please contact us with this request within 3 months of the expiry of your subscription and we’ll email you an electronic file.
