What does a subscription include?

The annual subscription includes:

A calibrated AnnoLog logger;
Its unique Calibration Certificate, with measurements at: 0, 25°C, 37.5°C and 50°C, and an uncertainty of measurement of ±0.05ºC;
Access to the BrightSentinel Cloud service for analysis, reporting and data storage;
Access to the mobile apps (Android and iOS) for logger and monitoring status management; and
All the support you need via phone or online.

Of course. Please contact us with this request within 3 months of the expiry of your subscription and we’ll email you a file.
What if I change my mind once I start a subscription?
Contact us. Generally, we do not refund subscriptions once a sensor has been configured for use.
