How long before I receive my order?
You'll usually receive your order 5 - 10 business days after we receive your payment. It typically takes 2-3 business days from the time the shipping agent collects your order from us and delivers it to you. You'll receive a link to track you order as well as receive email notifications when the shipment is completed and if there are any delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the shipping method used (i.e.: express versus standard) and the weight/size of the package. The shipping cost is included in the invoice.
Which shipping company do you use to ship my order?
We generally use Royal Mail or UPS for orders shipped within the UK.
Can I use my preferred shipper?
Yes, you can nominate your preferred shipper. Please let us know when you place your order.
