Your subscription to the BrightSentinel service, with the AnnoLog devices, expires 12 months from the activation of the AnnoLogs.

You are advised of the impending subscription end date for each device a month from the end date on the mobile app and on the web app.

Please allow sufficient time for you to organise approval from your Finance Team and for BrightSentinel to process the shipment of the new AnnoLogs to you.
