Renew your subscription service
Your subscription to the BrightSentinel service, with the AnnoLog-Life loggers, expires 12 months from the activation of the loggers.
You are advised of the impending subscription end date for each device a month from the end date on the mobile app and on the BrightSentinel cloud.
Please allow sufficient time for you to organise approval from your Finance Team and for BrightSentinel to process the shipment of the new AnnoLogs to you.
