Placing a renewal order

One month prior to the expiry of your annual subscription, you receive a reminder to renew your subscription. Please allow a 3-4 week period to complete your subscription renewal.
Once you confirm and pay for your renewal, we send you new loggers freshly calibrated with their individual Calibration Certificate.
On receipt of the replacement loggers, put them promptly to work, and dispose of the old loggers as you would batteries or return them to us for recycling.
You continue using the service for the new year, with continued access to all your data.
