Aim: To understand the transmission and activity status of the AnnoLog logger at a glance.
When you access the Download and Configure pages of the BrightSentinel app, you are presented with two sets of indicators for each logger.
Transmission status
The top status indicates whether an AnnoLog is within Bluetooth range.
- Found (green) - The logger is in range and is able to communicate with the Bluetooth on your phone.
- Not Found (grey) - The logger is not within range or is inside a container that blocks Bluetooth communication.
Activity status
The bottom status indicates the activity status of the AnnoLog.
- New (blue) - A new AnnoLog is registered to your account but has not been configured yet.
- Awaiting start (yellow) - The AnnoLog has already been configured with a start delay and has not started collecting data yet. E.g.: The configured start time is 09:00 and it is only 08:57.
- Running (yellow) - The AnnoLog is currently running and collecting data.
- Not running - (grey) - The previous configuration has ended and the data was downloaded. The device is ready to be configured again.
- Ended (yellow) - The AnnoLog has completed its set configuration period but the data has not yet been downloaded.
- Recently downloaded (grey) - The AnnoLog is running (i.e.: configured and active) and has no new data to download as it was very recently downloaded (i.e.: within its set interval period).
- Expired (red) - The subscription period for the AnnoLog has expired but it remains to have its latest data downloaded.

Once the AnnoLog has expired and there is no outstanding data to be downloaded, it is no longer presented in the mobile app.
That's it!
