Knowledge Base

We have a centralised area where you'll find all the instructions on how to use the system. You can access the knowledge base from BrightSentinel Cloud and BrightSentinel mobile app.
As the system evolves, we'll also expand the knowledge base with new and updated articles and videos. If you have any suggestions, send them our way..

  1. Click on Knowledge Base to view the instructions. 

  1. Tap on the relevant box to drill down and view the instructions.

Our legal documentation lives here; as does the document that your IT Support would be grateful to see when installing the T+ Button app on your PC.

Service Updates

Periodically, we make updates to the system and publish the changes in this section. If there are any issues with the system, this is where the notices are centralised.


When there are updates, on log in, you will notice the prominent orange tab in the grey header banner.
  1. Click on the orange tab to read more.
Once you have read the changes, the tab will no longer pop-up until there is further news of changes.
